Summary: | Carcinoid syndrome is a constellation of signs and symptoms caused by different hormones produced by carcinoid tumors. Very rarely, those tumors can metastasize to the heart and cause cardiac involvement of the tumor. This study presents a very rare case of secondary cardiac tumor affecting the left ventricle from a metastatic carcinoid tumor originating from the small intestine without carcinoid valvular heart disease.
