Carbon-13 NMR Chemical Shifts of Some Ruthenocenophanes and Ferrocenophanes

The 13C NMR spectra of ruthenocenophanes, ferrocenophanes and their precursors were measured. The examination of molecular models for metallocenophanes and the spectral data offer some hints about the conformation of the molecules.
