Summary:Abstract A compact reconfigurable antenna which can operate at wide range of frequency bands like ITU-band (7.725 GHz– 8.5 GHz), X-band (8-12.5GHz) and Wi-Fi (3.6 GHz, 5 GHz, and 5.9 GHz) very efficiently with gain ranging from 10dB to 12dB which can be useful for commercial applications is designed. A circular shaped antenna with microstrip line feeding is designed with highest switching rate with the abet of two-diodes which provides state of flexibility in terms of frequency reconfigurability, number of operating bands, frequency reconfigurability and stable radiation pattern with easily fabricating opportunities consists of stub loaded circular patch radiator. The novelty of proposed ultramodern antenna in terms of the band-width frequency reconfigurability, and multiple operating modes are achieved due to the collation performance of the suggested antenna operates in commercial applications.
