To overcome the problem that the tension of a diamond wire saw wire affects the surface quality of slices, the constant tension control of diamond wire saw wire is studied by using the Matlab software, and the wire saw tension is controlled by fuzzy PID (Proportion Integral Differential) algorithm and compared with classical PID control algorithm. The simulation data is obtained to verify the reliability and superiority of the fuzzy PID control algorithm. |
