Summary: | Abstract
A protest is a document that the procuratorial organ exercises the power of legal supervision and submits it to the judicial organ. Element extraction is the basis for tasks such as case card filling, document correction, cause analysis, and case recommendation. At present, there are no effective tools and methods for extracting the elements of criminal protests. Most of them are manually marked, with low accuracy and low efficiency. In response to this problem, this paper is to propose a method to extract the elements of the criminal protest by sub-category, based on Bert model, using natural language processing technology. The experiments are demonstrated to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. |
