Summary:Abstract The design method of “centralized acquisition, time-sharing operation and array drive” has been proposed for the integrated and coordinated control of the black-body calibration mechanism, black-body radiation calibration source, focusing mechanism, filter wheel mechanism and thermo-threshold mechanism in an aerospace infrared remote sensor. Compared with the decentralized control of traditional components, this method uses FPGA as the main control chip to effectively realize the integrated function of multi-component control of movable and radiating mechanisms through pulse-width modulation drive control of heater band and semiconductor and servo control of the stepping motor. The independence of the drive array and the stability of the temperature control are verified through experiments, and the feasibility of the design is confirmed. The design reduces the volume, weight and complexity of the product, improves the integration, reliability and versatility of the product, and provides a technical reserve for platform load integration.
