Summary:In a book 《the unsolved problems in number theory[1]》 which came up with a conjecture"even numbers are the difference between two prime numbers[2]",this conjecture is an unsolved conjecture. In this paper, the author get the equivalent proposition of this conjecture, the theory is based on chandra symmetric matrix[3], this matrix has a specific character : if a nature number N is appear in the matrix, then 2N+1 is a composite number,if N is not in the matrix, then 2N+1 is a prime number. The author made the promotion of the matrix, and get the equivalent proposition of this conjecture:2mn + m + n+x and 2m + m+n if these two formulas can not expressed all nature numbers bigger than 4,then this conjecture is set up;if these two formulas can do it,then this conjecture is not set up; This expression can be the equivalent proposition of this conjecture.
