Summary:Abstract The integrated filtering reactor windings transformer is designed by a special winding arrangement design scheme. The air-core reactors of the harmonic filtering devices are integrated as the transformer windings in the transformer.so as to reduce the number of the equipments and covering area, The harmonic model of this kind of winding have been shown in this paper, and the harmonic current of each winding are deduced on the basis of the self-inductance and mutual-inductance voltage equation of multi-winding transformers. At last, this paper took a 300 KVA integrated filtering reactor winding rectifier transformer prototype as the experimental object to verify the correctness of the mathematical model.
