Summary: | Sustainable development is widely understood as development that is environ-mentally sustainable. Environmental sustainability is crucially important given the serious nature of the ongoing climate change, but it is not the only component of sustainable development as indicated by a broad range of SDG goals. This special issue, composed office articles presented at the 2023 Law and Development Seminar, addresses these other elements, as well as environmental sustainability |
