Summary: | IP-based communications technology will enable people to work in a virtual way and from anywhere in the world. This is already true for 'data' services and applications where IP has become the universal networking technology. This paper looks at new and emerging technology that will tempt business and corporate organisations to adopt IP as a single communications infrastructure for both data and real-time communications.
