Summary:An agreement of 98% was observed between ImmunoCAP ISAC and SPT for the presence of sensitization to any aeroallergen. 43% of patients sensitized to several SPT allergens were also positive (>= 1 ISU) to cross-reacting pan-allergens. 47% of the patients were positive to the major birch component Bet v 1 and 70% of these patients were positive to other PR-10 proteins which gives a more refined picture of potential food cross-reactivity.
