Summary: | Biomechanical characteristics of artificial spinal fusion device plays an important role in the spinal joint replacement surgery. In this work, the analysis methods of biomechanical characteristics of spinal fusion device were studied. Based on finite element method, the elastoplastic compression process of spinal fusion device was simulated, and the key biomechanical characteristics parameters of fusion device were calculated. Finally, the fatigue life simulation of the device was carried out, and the rationality of the simulation method was verified by the elastoplastic compression experiment and fatigue life test. The research was of great significance for the optimal design of spinal fusion device, especially in improving the safety of the device. |
