Summary: | The technology of signal transmission without distortion and loss is critical to modern electronic equipment. To reduce direct SHF losses, ensure solderability and corrosion resistance, the outer and inner conductors for SHF electronics are mainly made of 29HK alloy for hermetic connectors and beryllium bronze for non-hermetic galvanized connectors. These parts require high dimensional accuracy (10-50 microns) and surface cleanliness: no burrs are allowed. The production of such small-sized high-precision products from hard-to-machine materials requires the use of special manufacturing techniques and appropriate equipment. |
