Summary:The variation characteristics of the ultrasonic grinding transducer equivalent circuit parameters under the effect of temperature were studied in this paper. An ultrasonic grinding transducer equivalent circuit model was established. Then an experimental platform was set up to test the variation regularity of the ultrasonic grinding transducer equivalent circuit parameters at different temperatures. The results have important guiding significance for the control and process design of the ultrasonic grinding.
