Summary:Abstract Indonesia as a country that has two seasons, namely the rainy and dry seasons, making it vulnerable to natural disasters such as hydrometeorological disasters where disasters occur due to conditions and weather such as landslides. This study aims to analyze the vulnerability of landslides and it relationship with the quaternary volcanic landform in Gandusari District, Blitar Regency. The method used is quantitative with a scoring that refers to the estimation model of Puslittanak, 2004 with parameters that consist of rainfall, geology, slope, land cover, and soil type. After getting the results of the landslide hazard map, validation was carried out with interviews and then the map results will also be analyzed with the condition of population density in Gandusari District, Blitar Regency. The results showed that landslide hazard classes are divided into three classes, namely high, medium, and low. Population densities in several locations are found in areas of high soil susceptibility so that efforts are needed to reduce population density, especially in mountainous slope areas.
