Summary:For the first time, a promising method for protecting the surface of metals and alloys from external high-temperature effects is proposed and substantiated experimentally by creating a functionally graded coating with a finishing ceramic layer and a precursor intermetallic layer. The technology of gas dynamic cold spraying of a mechanical mixture of powders based on aluminum valve metal with heat treatment is developed.
