Summary:Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor (IMT) is a rare disease that usually occurs in the lung. Recently,several reports have suggested that IMT is a true neoplasm rather than a reactive lesion. By definition, it is composed of spindle cells (myofibroblasts) with variable inflammatory component, hence the name is IMT. We report a patient of inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor in lung with osteopulmonary arthropathy.
