Conformationally constrained DNA mimics: Synthesis of a novel cyclopropyl-amide linked dimer

Synthesis of a new conformationally constrained dimeric building-block containing a cyclopropyl-amide functionality is described. Potential application of this dimer for antisense oligonucleotides is discussed.
