Summary:Using an online survey, the study examined creativity in adapting the teaching and learning model during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The research used an online survey of civil servant teachers, honorary teachers, and contract teachers, using a nonprobability sample. The responses of 417 respondents were analyze using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Amos. The learning system was carried out remotely using information technology. The study found that management, efficiency, quality, increased during the Covid-19 pandemic. The study argues that paying attention to the suitability of methods, training participants, quality of content, and improving impacts teaching-and-learning effectiveness.
