Rough triggerfish Canthidermis maculata (Balistidae) in the Pacific waters of Southern Kuril Islands

This article describes the second catching of the rough triggerfish Canthidermis maculata in Russian waters near the Pacific coast of the southern Kuril Islands. It has been confirmed that this species, which is very rare for the given area, is introduced here by warm currents from southern regions.
