Summary:Analysis is made of the effect of the increase of pressure, the degree of regeneration, the initial gas pressure, the temperature of the casing of the heat-producing elements and the hydraulic resistance of the gas circuit on the internal efficiency of a nuclear gas-turbine plant (NGTP), taking into account the characteristics of the core. The results of an investigation into the effect of intermediate cooling and heating of the gas on the efficiency of the NGTP are also given. A possible layout of an NGTP with one intermediate heating and three intermediate coolings of the gas is considered.
