Summary:The manufacturing of the automobile industry is highly dependent on market demand. Therefore, the impact of changes in demand on the supply chain is worthy of attention. This article considers the application of flexible production management to the supply chain of the automobile industry. Simulation analysis research analyzes the overall impact of the differences in the behavior of different entities in the supply chain on the overall supply chain. By examining the possible consequences of these impacts, it provides targeted supply chain optimization suggestions and measures to promote the continuous optimization and development of the enterprise supply chain.
