Acquisition System and Analytic Fuzzy Model of a Manufactured Wind Turbine

In this paper, an acquisition system is introduced to obtain the measures of the electric current, electric voltage, blades position, and tower position of a wind turbine with rotatory tower, and an analytic fuzzy model is introduced for the modeling of the wind turbine behavior. The proposed model...

Summary:In this paper, an acquisition system is introduced to obtain the measures of the electric current, electric voltage, blades position, and tower position of a wind turbine with rotatory tower, and an analytic fuzzy model is introduced for the modeling of the wind turbine behavior. The proposed model is the combination of the analytic and fuzzy models. The fuzzy model is used as a compensator to improve the approximation of the analytic model. It is guaranteed that the error of the analytic fuzzy model is smaller than the error of the analytic model. An experiment shows the effectiveness of the proposed technique.
