Summary:The present work addresses Krafty Glue patterning thin films using soft imprint lithography. The manufacturing of micro structures at low cost it is a convenient method. Krafty Glue thinfilm are made with white Krafty Glue solution by using spin coating method and SONY-CD -700 MB - Al-layer used as a master. The Al-layer has height in nanometer range and width in micrometer range. The replica of patterns are made using soft imprint lithography and successfully transferred the nano patterns of Al- layer on to white glue and PVDF films. The transformation of patterns, morphology and structural studies are done using Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM).
