Summary: | This article describes the modernization of the laminar cooling system on the 2500 hot-rolling mill at the MMK and its effect on the mechanical characteristics of the finished rolled product. Results are presented from studies of the mechanical characteristics of rolled strip made of tube steel. The distribution of the characteristics over the length strip was determined. The article also shows the dynamics of the change in the number of rolled products of steel 10 that failed to meet the existing specifications in initial tests. |
