Summary: | Human beings face serious earth environment problems. In order to resolve such problems, it is necessary to observe the earth and produce several data sets using satellite and auxiliary data. As a part of ISY and verification activity, NASDA has developed various data sets using MOS-1/MOS-1b/ERS-1/JERS-1 data particularly for sea surface temperature and polar ice extent which are indicators of global warming. In this paper, outline of these data sets for sea surface temperature and polar ice extent is presented. |
