Did power marketers cripple the California power exchange? A response to Steven Stoft
It makes sense to view the PX as a necessary and useful device during the transition to competition, but no more. It should be designed to fulfill its functions as best as possible, but after a time the PX's rivals may succeed and the PX may fade from the scene. Is this bad?
