Summary:Anticholinergics are substances that antagonize the activity of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. Anticholinergic syndrome (AS) occurs following a suicidal overdose, accidental drug intake, drug incompatibilities, and intake of multiple drugs simultaneously.
