Summary:Cancer of the testis is the most common malignant tumor in men aged 14-44 years. Genetic and environmental factors contribute to the development of testicular cancer, for which cryptorchidism is the most common risk factor. It is potentially curable and has a long life expectancy, requiring long-term observation of survivors. Radical orchiectomy is the procedure for the diagnosis and treatment of these tumors. We report the case of a young man whose testicular tumor was discovered fortuitously by pyelonephritis because he did not consult us for the large bursa.
