Density, Viscosity, and Ultrasonic Measurements on Liquid–Liquid Interactions of Some Binary Mixtures

The experimental density, viscosity, and ultrasonic velocities of 2-aminothiazole (2-AT) and alkanols namely; methanol (MeOH), ethanol (EtOH), and propanol (PrOH) have been measured over the full range of compositions at different temperatures (303.15, 308.15, 313.15, 318.15, and 323.15 K). From the...

Summary:The experimental density, viscosity, and ultrasonic velocities of 2-aminothiazole (2-AT) and alkanols namely; methanol (MeOH), ethanol (EtOH), and propanol (PrOH) have been measured over the full range of compositions at different temperatures (303.15, 308.15, 313.15, 318.15, and 323.15 K). From these experimental values the adiabatic compressibility (β ad ), intermolecular free length ( L f ), acoustic impedance ( z ), relative association ( R A ), relaxation time (τ), and internal pressure (π) were computed.
