Summary:Temperature dependences of the resistivity tensor components *rab and *rc were measured in YBa2Cu3O7-x single crystals with different oxygen contents. The resistivity anisotropy *rc/*rab was found to grow exponentially with decreasing temperature. The characteristic energy value *D derived from this exponential law proved to be a function of the free hole concentration p in good agreement with p-dependence of the pseudogap energy determined by the other authors using several quite different methods.
