Summary:The present article aims to study the effect of external parameters, such as the action of a constant force and the action of an external harmonic potential, on the trajectory of a charged particle in Brownian motion in a time-dependent magnetic field. The approach presented here builds on methods of statistical physics and produces an analytical and numerical general solution for the stochastic differential equations of motion.
