Effect of Moxibustion Therapy on the Serumal Intercellular Cell Adhesion Molecule and the Histopathology of Experimental Arthritis in Rats
目的:观察艾灸肾俞、足三里穴对类风湿关节炎模型大鼠血清细胞粘附分子(intercellular cell adhesion molecule-1, ICAM-1 )及病理组织的影响,探讨艾灸温通效应的作用机制。方法:建立类风湿关节炎大鼠模型。艾灸模型大鼠肾俞、足三里穴,分析比较大鼠的后肢踝关节病理切片的变化及运用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)检测血清细胞粘附分子(ICAM-1)的含量。结果:模型大鼠与正常组比较,跖围明显肿胀(P〈0.01),滑膜层数增加,软骨受炎细胞侵蚀,血清ICAM-1的含量明显升高。艾灸治疗后跖围明显减小(P〈0.01),滑膜层数有减少的趋势,关节软骨未见病理性损伤,血清...
