Summary:In order to develop a film wound dressing with proteolytic activity based on polyvinyl alcohol, the effect of the conditions of the preparation of the molding solution on the properties of trypsin immobilized in the film structure was studied. The dependence of the relative activity and enzyme stability on the order of the introduction of the components into the molding solution and the molecular weight of the polyethylene glycol additives was established.
