Kinematics of Cherenkov’s effect with noninvariant velocity of light

The kinematics of Cherenkov’s effect is considered for an electron moving in the Minkowski space with universal time and velocity of light c  =  c 0 (1 +  v 2 / c 0 2 ) 1/2 , where c 0  = 3⋅10 m/s is the invariant constant and v is the particle velocity.
