Summary: | We experienced a case of generalized myasthenia gravis and myositis occurring as immune‐related adverse events that was curable without steroid therapy, only through the discontinuation of immune checkpoint inhibitor. Although the patient did not receive cancer treatment afterwards, her cancer remained stable. We emphasize that not selecting steroid therapy might enhance the effect of cancer immunotherapy. |
