Properties of calcium carbonate precipitated in the presence of DPPC liposomes modified with the phospholipase A2

Small unilamellar dipalmitoylphosphatidylcholine (DPPC) vesicles of average diameter 119 nm were used as a template for calcium carbonate precipitation.
