New evidence for King Tutankhamen's death: his bizarre embalming

Analysis of the 2005 computed tomography studies of the mummy of King Tutankhamen permit the analysis of the process by which the body was embalmed. The startling conclusion is that the embalmers started with a corpse from which the heart and anterior chest wall were missing.
