Coadministration of duloxetine and tolperisone in relation to CYP2C19 genotype in Korean subjects

Blood samples were collected up to 12 hours after drug administration, and plasma concentrations of tolperisone were determined by using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry system.
