Isothermal Calorimetric Titration of Human Serum Albumin with the Fullerene C60-L-Arginine Adduct

The interaction of the fullerene C 60 -L-arginine adduct with human serum albumin (HSA) has been studied by means of isothermal calorimetric titration at 298.15 K. The formation of the C 60 -Arg-HSA complex with a stoichiometric ratio of 1 : 0.7 has been revealed.
