Summary:Using the extrusion method, composites based on the melts of boron polyoxide oligomer and block-copolymers of ethylene and vinyl acetate with various structures have been prepared. Visible-light-transparent specimens of the mixtures have been prepared. Measurements of thermomechanical and mechanical properties of the composites have shown the compatibility of the polymers. An increase in the flow rate of the melts of the mixtures in the extruder channel when using boron polyoxide oligomer as a second component of the mixtures has been determined. The hydrolytic stability of the composites under atmospheric conditions has been measured.
