Objective Long-standing persistent atrial fibrillation (LSPAF) is the most challenging AF type, either via surgery or catheter. Conclusions Sequential hybrid procedural can improve maintenance of sinus rhythm compared to endo-CA or epi-TSA alone in LSPAF patients.
