Summary:Levels of C-reactive protein and immunoglobulin G antibody titers to H. pylori in blood at patients of ischemic heart disease were measured, dependent on clinical course of disease. It was revealed that more expressed acute-phase changes in blood (leukocytosis, increased C-reactive protein contents) in the patients with unstable angina and acute myocardial infarction, as compared with appropriate parameters in stable stenocardia, were accompanied by increased titers of IgG antibodies against H. pylori.
