Summary:The advanced digital cockpit system we are developing now recognizes the driver's condition and emotions and analyzes the driver's behavior to give appropriate visual and audible warnings for the driver to drive safely and helps the driver to relax the negative condition and feelings through the air conditioning system. In this paper, we introduce the concept of the driver behavior analysis and warning system on the digital cockpit which recognizes the driving style and dangerous driving behavior using driving information of the car and inertial information of the smart device and provides appropriate warnings for the driver to drive safely. Currently, we are conducting experiments to recognize the driving style using the driving data onto a fixed course, and next year we will carry out experiments to recognize dangerous driving behavior using naturalistic driving data.
