Summary: | Features of design of the power output amplifier stage of the of the high resolution SAR for remote sensing of the Earth for light-engine aircrafts and unmanned aircraft vehicles are discussed in the paper. The concept of block-modular design of stage of this type reducing the cost of development is justified. The features of the functional structure and design of a real model of the amplifier constructed for the experimental dual-frequency SAR. Experimental research results of 250 W pulse power X-band amplifier are presented. |
