Summary:The work presents analysis the database of the Yakutsk array aimed to search a paired showers. A total of 974 EAS events with energies greater than 5 EeV were considered. The distribution of difference between the arrival times of showers at the array following the expected Poisson distribution and the statistics of showers are within ∼3σ error. Showers arrived one after another in a short period of time, were selected and 11 pairs of showers with similar characteristics were found. The selected showers are concentrated in the narrow area centered at the galactic coordinates (Long. = 108° and Lat. = 17°) and roughly coincides with the array’s integral exposure.
