Summary: | In Russia, the share of infertile couples for up to 20 %. Thanks to the media, increased the quantity of patients concerned about the lack of pregnancy after the rejection of contraception.Objective: to explore the possibility of using AndroDoz to improve semen parameters at the stage of planning of pregnancy. The study included 45 patients (mean age 29,2 ± 3,3 years old) are divided into 2 groups. The 1st group (n = 22) took AndroDoz 2 capsules 2 times a day, 60 days, they held a conversation explaining, recommendations for a healthy lifestyle. In the 2nd group (n = 23) conducted a conversation explaining and recommendations. Prior to the observation and after 90 days, patients completed the hospital anxiety and depression scale, and then they conducted a study of the ejaculate. In the study group received statistically significant differences in terms of: ejaculate volume, sperm concentration, the proportion of sperm, the percentage of spermatozoa with forward movement, the percentage of pathological forms. In the 2nd group was significantly increased only a fraction of spermatozoa with forward movement. In both groups significantly reduced the level of anxiety and depression, but more the 1st. Application of AndroDoz during planning a pregnancy in a healthy man has a significant beneficial effect on ejaculate condition, enhancing the likelihood of conception. Preventive talk positively affects the psychoemotional state of patients. |
