Summary:[Purpose] The participants of an injury prevention workshop sponsored by Fukui Prefecture high school baseball league, in which physical therapists gave lectures, were surveyed for satisfaction and item improvement of the workshop. [Participants and Methods] Items of the workshop needing improvement were identified using customer satisfaction analysis and text-mining of a questionnaire answered by 38 third-grade junior high school students who hoped to play high school baseball. [Results] The workshop showed a high satisfaction rate of 97.4%, and “venue” and “time” were identified as items requiring improvement. [Conclusion] Though a high satisfaction was obtained by introducing practical skills in the workshop, more consideration was necessary for the “venue” and allocation of “time” in the workshop.
