Coexistence of a pancreatic serous cystadenoma and a VIP-producing neuroendocrine tumor

Based on the coexistence of these two endocrine tumors MEN-1 syndrome was supposed, but molecular genetic analysis of the menin encoding gene did not revealed MEN1 gene mutation.
