Recognition of Clinical Tolerance to Baked Milk Products in Milk-Allergic Children

SPTs and milk-specific IgE levels may be useful in distinguishing children who have persistent milk or who have "outgrown" their milk allergy, but do not distinguish those who tolerated limited amounts of baked milk products.
